Send an Announcement to Multiple Times
In Carbonate HR, once you send out the announcement, you can have the option to send it out to multiple times. The recipient will be able to receive it once check in, check out, or as instantly as possible.
Before sending it multiple times, you can check out how you can create a new announcement.
Step 1
On the dashboard, go to the Communication section.
Go to the Announcement tab.
Step 2
Click on the Create button at the top right corner.
Fill out the required fields.
Step 3
Scroll down to Type. Select the box for the respective option on when you want to show the announcement. You can checkmark the boxes as many as you want.
- Show on check in
- Show on check out
- Show instantly
Step 4
Click Send.
When you click the Send button, the announcement will show up depending on option to selected.
