How to provide the compensation option preference

You would be able to set the preferences on how you will provide the compensation to your company employees who work on public or non working day.

Simply following these easy steps:

Step 1

Choose Setting then Leave/Holiday tab

Step 2

Go to Work on public holiday / non-working day

Step 3

Choose your preference between off-in-lieu leave or salary compensation.

Step 4.

We can also add labour type and make the compensation only available for the selected labour type.

You can provide compensation as an off-in-lieu or salary compensation.

Once the compensation is approved it will reflect in payroll.
