How to provide compensation preference for non working day?
If you wish to provide compensation for the non-working day, there are two ways to provide one is for the rest day and the other for the off day.

Choose your Yes or No preference to set compensation for your employees. if you wish to set compensation for a rest day as off in lieu of compensation for the non-working day you can define the full-day leave policy here.
Similarly, if you wish to set for hourly leave off in lieu of compensation for a non-working you can specify it here.
if you wish to set compensation for a rest day as salary compensation for the non-working day you can define the fold per day salary.
If you wish to set the fixed-rate salary compensation you can define the policy in these settings options.
Similarly, we can define compensation policy for off-day as a non-working day, by providing salary compensation or fixed rate that can be defined in this particular setting.
