How to enable leave encashment for active staff?

On Carbonate HR, you are able to set leave encashment for active staff, by a click of a button.

Step 1.
  • Click on the settings module
Step 2.
  • Click on the Leave/Holidays Tab
Step 3.
  • Click on the “edit” button based on the leave type.
Step 4.

Scroll down to leave encashment and click “Yes”.

Step 5.

Click on the save button.

Step 6.
  • Please go to the Staff List module
Step 7.
  • Click on the Staff Details and scroll down to leaves section and click the encashment button .
Step 8.
  • Click the “ok” button.
Step 9.
  • Upon receiving the notification, you should now see the balance ”0”
Step 10.
  • You can generate payroll and view the pay slip for that user to check if the leave encashment is reflected.
