How to add a limit to the maximum carry forwarded leave?

If you wish to add a limit to the percentage of carrying forward leave, you can do the same in Carbonate really easily.

Please check if you have added the leave types before making these changes.

Step 1

Go to the Settings.

Step 2

Click on the Leave/Holiday.

Step 3

Go to the particular leave type and click on Edit.

Step 4

Enable the leave carry forward settings by clicking the Yes button.

Step 5

On the percentage option, choose Percentage of balance with limit from the drop down list.

Step 6

Input the percentage in Qty and the Limit. Set the expiry for the carry forward if you wish to.

Step 7

Click on Save.
